At Didi Play, we want you and your little artist to love the Drawing Robot. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition — gently used is fine (we know it's a toy for kids!), but it should be complete with all cards, pens, and accessories where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yasirimkaradag@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your Drawing Robot arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — including any return shipping for the faulty item.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective items, we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Situations

We're unable to accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, or items returned without first contacting us. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable.
