Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on Drawing Robot orders. Any shipping options and costs available to you are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees β€” carrier delays, customs, holidays, and peak periods can add time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also use the Track Order page on our site. Please allow a day or two for tracking to begin updating after you receive it.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, any customs duties or import taxes set by your country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout. Please check your local rules if you're unsure.

Wrong Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

Lost or Stuck Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or you think your parcel is lost, email us at yasirimkaradag@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and look after you.
